RENEWAL INFORMATION
- You will need the total number of Professional Development Hours (PDH), including ethics hours, obtained between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2026.
- Any carryover hours from the last renewal will show automatically once you log in.
- If you were issued your initial license on or after July 1, 2024, you will not need to provide PDH information for this renewal.
- For security purposes, the electronic payment system will time out if you do not finish your payment transaction within a reasonable amount of time. If this happens, please allow 24 hours for the system to reset and re-try your renewal.
- A $2.50 credit card fee per license will be added to your renewal fees.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

- The last four digits of the US federal or Minnesota state ID number
you provided to the Board. This may be a Social Security number, ITIN, or MN Tax ID number. Consult your records.
